WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING OPTIONS?
All orders are dispatched within 5-7 working days after receipt of payment. We are open from Monday to Friday and excluding public/bank holidays. We offer several options for world wide shipping. The shipping cost is calculated at the checkout. You can choose to ship your order with or without a Track & Trace option. We offer free shipping for all orders over €100,- Express shipping is available by contacting us here: shipping@masterofthehouse.com
HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?
You may return an item within the 14 day period after delivery. Please be advised, however, that the following item(s) cannot be returned: underwear/swimwear/masks due to hygiene reasons. Also personalised item(s) (e.g. altered) cannot be returned An item being returned must always be reported and sent in accordance with the returns procedure as otherwise the refund may be delayed. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Start our return procedure here
